With Antarctic temperatures, sentimental adverts on the television and wide-spread panic over ever-decreasing time to find for shopping, it seems that Christmas is again almost upon us. Throughout the winter, we’ll be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer advice, counselling and coaching to teachers that contact us by telephone or online.
Teacher Support Network and CUSN launch cross-sector Diplomas survey
December 4th, 2008Teacher Support Network and the College and University Support Network (CUSN) today launched a survey on Diplomas for educational professionals across the sector.
The survey is the first of its kind and designed to assess the views of teachers and all those who work in adult, further and higher education. The aim is to ensure their opinions affect the implementation and development of the new 14-19 qualification.
CUSN has been established by the Teacher Support Network in collaboration with the University and College Union, to meet the specific needs of those working in further and higher education.

CUSN to address 14-19 Provision conference

CUSN Chief Executive Patrick Nash will be speaking at the forthcoming conference, ‘Delivering 14-19 Provision: Meeting the Need of Students and Employers.’
Organised by Westminster Briefing, Delegates will discuss reforms and their implications for local authorities, schools, education practitioners, employers, HE providers and this, and future, generations of young people. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with the panel in a number of interactive sessions throughout the day.
