A number of Sussex ATs have put together a petition against the cuts to their pay under the new framework agreement.

We would encourage members to sign the petition which will help emphasise the vital work undertaken by our Associate Tutors at Sussex and demonstrate that ATs have the widespread support of the campus in continuing to press for a fair, equitable and transparent implementation of the pay framework.

In the meantime, branch and regional UCU officers are in discussions with Human Resources over the issues of AT grading and the AT review.   In the meantime, the appeals process for ATs has been suspended.
