Following its campaign against bullying and harassment in Higher Education, UCU has put together a series of resources to help staff. These include guidelines on the definitions of bullying, and where to get support. All information can be found on the main UCU website.
In the meantime, Sussex UCU is looking at setting up a group of advisers to support staff who feel they are being bullied. If you would like to volunteer for this scheme, or are yourself experiencing harassment at work, then please contact either the UCU office at
